Molecular Fusion for Heavy Duty Industrial Longevity
At SOUNIL ENTERPRISE, every custom conveyor belt is fabricated in our own workshop under strict quality supervision. Using High-Frequency (HF) radio dielectric heating, our machines melt the polyurethane or PVC base of the cleat directly into the belt's top cover.
This creates a homogeneous, permanent chemical bond. Unlike glued cleats that detach under dampness, food grease, or sharp impacts, our HF welded cleats and corrugated sidewalls remain firmly attached throughout the belt’s operational lifespan.
